Creative Designers should possess strong communication skills and must be creative in implementing their own ideas or building on the ideas generated by the client. To maintain a wealth of current ideas, they must stay abreast of current trends in products, the arts, entertainment, marketing, and advertising. Creative designers must possess good organizational and analytical skills and have expert knowledge of creative tools such as graphic design programs.

You must have the following key skills:
Experience with using design software such as Adobe, CorelDRAW, and related tools for 3+ years
At least 1-year of full-time experience as a Web Designer / Graphic Artist
A creative mind, but you are also on a continuous search for design inspiration from external and internal resources such as blogs, videos, and social media channels – that you can put to use in your professional work
Main goal is to contribute to a company’s branding through landing pages, lead magnets, images for social media ads and logos you will design
Good English communication skills, written and verbal
A positive, enthusiastic attitude with good organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions
Enjoy working within our process while also contributing ideas, constructive feedback, and positive energy to the larger team.
Experience in graphic and web design and preferably with UX background: landing pages, logos, images for social media ads, custom designs for download incentive (i.e., lead magnets)
Must possess proficiency with design software such as Adobe Photoshop & Adobe illustrator (Rated 4 / 5 level)
Must be able to contribute with positive, constructive ideas for how to improve your work process
Must have a customer & solution-oriented mindset and would want to make a difference by providing outstanding client service for the best user experience.
Must be diligent and consistent
Able to follow specific directions every week via our checklists and other instructional media used to ensure he/she follows the best practices
Additional Skills that would be ideal, but not mandatory
Proficiency in Video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premier pro / Adobe After Effects
Experience in Digital design field of UI and UX using tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD
Relevant experience in website and/or mobile app user experience design
Must have skills related to Branding and visual identity design including Logos, Packaging Design,
Capability to handle end-to-end Client projects with creative planning, strategy, discussion and final execution
