All sales of our digital marketing services, including but not limited to retainer fees and other marketing services, are final. Once a service has been purchased and payment has been made, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.
We do not offer refunds for digital marketing retainer fees or any other marketing services provided by Immersive Radical Digimedia LLP. All sales are final. We commit significant resources and effort to delivering high-quality digital marketing solutions tailored to our clients' needs, and as such, refunds are not available.
In rare cases of extreme circumstances or documented errors on our part, we may consider providing refunds or credits at our sole discretion. Any such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
