As a Digital Marketing Analyst/ PPC Analyst, we would be interested to hear your ideas, your passion for this field and how you would like to contribute to our client’s growth story.
You must have the following key skills:
Experience in handling Google / Facebook Ads independently
Must have had the experience of running and managing campaigns continuously for at least 4-6 months with an Advertising budget of a minimum of 50K to 100K per month
Should be able to demonstrate proficiency with either Google Ads or Facebook Ads
Should be able to demonstrate proficiency with using Google Analytics to track ad conversion
Proficient at optimizing campaigns based on budget, keyword competitiveness & Ad campaign goals
Should be able to demonstrate an ability to handle paid digital marketing campaigns and showcase measurable results including qualified leads and sales for customer campaigns
Experience in creating Ad campaign reports from Data generated in analytics & Google Ads/ Facebook Business Manager
Able to follow specific directions every week via our checklists and other instructional media to ensure he/she follows the best practices
Must be diligent and consistent
Has empathy to users and customer-focused…
Has good English communication skills.
Should possess a positive, solution-oriented attitude with time management skills to manage multiple projects
Enjoys working within our process while also contributing ideas, constructive feedback, and positive energy to the larger team.
Responsibility to perform on a day to day basis:
Implement new google ad campaigns following checklist of best practices of Ad campaign setup including Google ADS integration with analytics, conversion tracking, event tracking in analytics
Fill-out Daily / Weekly & Monthly Checklists related to campaign monitoring
Coordinate with designers and web development team on Landing page design requirements and implement the given tasks to ensure the successful launch of the campaigns
Coordinate with clients for inputs as required relevant to complete the design tasks
Will be required to follow-up on tasks assigned by team members and supervisors and ensure completion within the given timelines
Keep data and login information confidential and secure using our encryption best practices.
Monitor Campaigns and Results of the Campaigns and generate reports on a weekly / monthly basis using campaign data from Google Ads / Facebook Business Manager
Clearly and constructively communicate with the Project Manager / Coordinator if you need help in a project.
Preparing Daily and Weekly Work report
Attending daily sync-ups at 9:55 AM IST (Mon-Sat)
Additional Skills that would be ideal, but not mandatory
Possess third-party Digital Marketing training certifications are a PLUS (other than those provided by Google / Facebook)
Experience in setting up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager
Experience and Proficiency in setting up Facebook Conversion Events
Knowledge of Google Data Studio to generate Dashboard for Ad campaign performance
Knowledge of campaign & ad performance testing using A/B testing methodologies
Knowledge of Sales Funnel-based campaign planning and execution
Handling end-to-end Client projects with Ad campaign planning, strategy, discussion, and final execution
